Refund/Exchange Policy

Your purchase from Crypto Pro Shop, LLC’s (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, or “Crypto Pro Shop, LLC” hereinafter) website (referred to as “site”, “website”, “online apparel shop”, or “store” hereinafter) is subject to our Refund/Exchange Policy detailed below.  Do not use our online apparel shop and/or service if you do not agree with this policy.

Section 1 – Online Apparel Shop Timeline Requirements

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase from our online apparel shop; any request beyond 30 days of your purchase date will be denied.

To be eligible for a return, your unused item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Section 2 – Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.  If your request is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time you receive your order; however, we cannot accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Section 3 – Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Additionally, if you are shipping more than $75 of products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Section 4 – Cryptocurrency payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency and would like a refund, the refunded cryptocurrency value will be equivalent to the United States Dollar (USD) invoiced value.  Due to cryptocurrency volatility, exchange rates may fluctuate; thus, the amount of refunded cryptocurrency may vary from your original payment.

Section 5 – Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we offer a variety of options to keep customers content.

Resolution options include:

  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Store credit

Only one refund/exchange request may be submitted per order.
